As a small business we have been on the edge of collapse several times during the pandemic. To ensure we can still bring fun and laughter to your children’s parties in the future, we are not able to refund unless the event is cancelled at least 30 days before the date. We do however offer you the option to postpone to a future date within 12 months

Of course! We offer Online Parties which can be performed from the safety of your home. If you have your ‘real life’ party on hold with us we can offer you a 15% discount on an Online Party so that your child doesn’t miss out on the fun.

We will do our absolute best to replace your entertainer, however, this depends on the availability of our other entertainers and how much time we have to source an alternative. If we are unable to provide exactly the same party type, we will look at whether another of our party types is available. If not, we will try and source an alternative entertainer or form of entertainment through our network of contacts.

As a final resort if your party is taking place in 24 hours or less we will offer a refund for the entertainment and a discount on a future party. If your party is more than 24 hours ahead we will transfer your payment for a party within 12 months. This can be for the same child’s celebration, a sibling’s birthday or a different event such as Easter, Halloween or Christmas Party.

It is not a requirement, however, if you would like our entertainer to wear one, please let them know when they contact you before the party.

The vaccination status of our entertainers is private information which we don’t require them to share with us. 

Our entertainers take full responsibility for their own health and safety with the choice they make with regards to vaccination and entertaining at your party.

We will perform the party as we always do, with participation from the children unless you specifically ask us not to.
