There’s nothing better to dispel the tension in a busy workplace than taking time out and having a corporate fun day.
And that’s especially true when you get someone else to do all the organising. This is no mean feat when you consider our average party takes 16 hours to plan and around five different suppliers and hire companies to coordinate.
But not only can we save you time and stress, but we’ll also get you some of the best deals around, thanks to our extensive network of supplier contacts.
As a result, here at Captain Fantastic, we offer a terrific choice of corporate family fun days to choose from. We blend our offering depending on the time of year – Christmas, Halloween, Easter, Summer… we can produce a party, typically for around 100 individuals, and pretty much based on any theme you like.
By ‘organising’, what we mean is we research and book the venue, supply all the soft props, get the entertainment going (usually ourselves), bring along the food and arrange the whole thing – so you don’t have to. We do this via our failsafe three-step process.
Captain Fantastic 3-step process
We work under three headings – Plan, Manage and Deliver.
-
- For Plan, this involves sitting down with our client and chatting through P.A.R.T.I.E.S, i.e. Preparation, Area, Running Order, Treats, Invites, Experience and Safety.
- By Manage, we mean we’ll provide you with weekly updates and provide an event schedule to make sure everything goes smoothly.
- Deliver means ensuring the guests at your party stay engaged, entertained, and educated. Oh, and we always make sure that applies to parents and staff too.
Why host a corporate event?
Keeping your staff and their families happy goes some way to show you are a caring employer. In these days of escalating economic costs, we all need something to look forward to – and who doesn’t love a party?
@ACFacilities: “Today, more meetings and conventions are inviting the family, championing the idea that attendees bring their spouses and children with them when attending an event. The reason? Happier workers and a more peaceful family life for those involved.”
It’s a way of letting off steam for everyone and, we would imagine, derives some staff loyalty too. Spending quality time together often leads to a shared camaraderie – which is always good for teams working together. And then there are the precious memories you’ve made on the day, both with your colleagues and family.
But don’t just take our word for it. Check out our testimonials from past clients, such as JP Morgan, the BBC and even Pokemon. And actually, since forming 12 years ago, we’ve now organised and performed at more than 5000 children’s events around the country. The majority of our corporate clients are in the Financial sector, but we’ve also provided fun days for Mayfair Arts Club and the TV channel Nickelodeon.
