August, the summer of fun with no sign of stopping!

National Play Day at Stanley Halls

If you’ve been following our antics on social media recently, you’ll have noticed that all week we had been at Stanley Halls in Norwood working alongside The Good Wolf People. We’ve been causing a riot and having the time of our lives over three exciting days. On Wednesday, we were thrilled to be part of Stanley Halls Family Fun Day and two days of Fun Family Theatre on Thursday and Friday. We managed to save the day again, only just! Everyone got really involved and the atmosphere was fantastic! We had balloon modelling and all kinds of extras that the whole gang loved…

A big thumbs up from the crew after saving the day!

The Princess meeting some of our new buddies!

If you go down to the woods today…

You’re sure of a big surprise…Yes, that’s right, we were delighted to be entertaining at a Teddy Bears’ Picnic! It was held at Lyedekker Park in Harpenden. We had a great day and as you can see from the photograph, so did Captain Fantastic! There was a bouncy castle, face paints, balloons, even a special Teddy Bear hospital for the kids’ little friends needing a bit of TLC!

Tilly’s Pre-School at Croygas Sports Ground

We were lucky to have been chosen to entertain at Tilly’s preschool for their end of year summer party too, we had a great time and they left us a kind note;

“What a fantastic day to end the academic year. Captain Fantastic was excellent and the children loved him.”

We loved meeting all of you, it’s always as much fun for us as it is for the kids!

Not always for youngsters…

Considering ourselves very privileged, we were thrilled to have been chosen for Julie Brown’s son’s 21st birthday party recently. Julie was really happy with the party and everyone who attended really enjoyed it. She left us a kind review and this is what she had to say;

“You did a great job for our son’s 21st. He has downs syndrome and most guests were young adults with learning difficulties and their parents. Music choice was judged brilliantly and we had a lot of fun so for me main factor was keeping the dance floor full of people.”

Don’t be sad, the fun isn’t over yet!

Now if you missed all this, don’t worry, there’s still a chance for you to catch up with Captain Fantastic this summer! We’ve been shouting about our amazing Summer Camp! The summer camp is a five-day fiesta of fun which is also being held at Stanley Halls. In another whirlwind exciting week, children will get the chance to play and learn fun magic tricks, get involved in some experiments in Dr Zob’s laboratory and even get creative by inventing their very own Wonder Crew character!

The price includes entertainment, healthy food and snacks for kids. It costs just £125 for the full 5 days, but we also offer special discounts for low-income families and also sibling discounts. That way, everyone can join in the fun! Nobody gets left out of the Wonder Crew!

Feeling fantastic?

If you’d like to secure a spot at our Summer Camp, or you would like to share any of your party antics or even funny stories with us, we would love to hear from you.

Keep your eyes peeled for our next blog post about 10 of the best kids party venues in London! That’s all from us for now!

Until next time, fantastic wishes from me!
