All our parties are originally designed around a 2 hours format, then carefully adapted for our 60 and 90 minutes options. For the full party experience, we recommend booking a 2 hours party.

This is the second time I have used Captain Fantasitc and would highly recommend! We had Danni today as our Princess for my daughters 5th birthday. She was absolutely amazing! Yesterday we hosted my son’s 5th Birthday Party. I was pretty apprehensive about it as he usually hides at parties! Thankfully we had Maisie at Captain Fantastic for a Superhero party and she was FANTASTIC! She made friends with Mylo really quickly and managed all the children like a pro! Her magic was impressive and her games held their attention and were a lot of fun! We had so many compliments on the party. I can’t Thank Maisie enough for making our sons party so special! He absolutely loved it!

Brooke was just the perfect entertainer for my daughter's 6th birthday party - she was so warm and friendly, and put everyone at ease as well as making it super fun! Once again Captain Fantastic were amazing! This was my second year using them for my son’s party and it was just as good as last year-if not better! Danni arrived early and had everything set up and ready to go for once the children got there. She then entertained the children with so much energy and charisma for 2 hours and they loved every minute! She even got some of the adults joining in too. My son had the best birthday party and I can’t wait for next year to use captain fantastic again!
What We Need From You…
Set Up and Pack Down Time
To deliver the best possible party, our entertainers need around 30 minutes either side of the party start and finish time for set up and pack down. Premium, UV and Science parties usually require around 45 minutes. Booking the space slightly earlier helps everything be ready for a calm start and smooth finish.
Parking
Free, easy and nearby parking at your chosen venue is essential so your entertainer can arrive on time and unload equipment safely. If parking charges apply, these must be covered and organised by the client on arrival. This allows the entertainer to focus fully on delivering a great party experience.
Minimise Distractions
For the best engagement, we kindly ask that the party space is clear of loose balloons, toys and other distractions. A clear room helps children stay focused, involved and excited throughout the entertainment. This creates a smoother flow and a more enjoyable experience for everyone.
Additional Activities
If you are planning other activities such as a bouncy castle, soft play or arts and crafts, please let us know at the time of booking. Running multiple activities at the same time can divide attention and reduce engagement. We are always happy to advise on the best structure to ensure everything flows smoothly.

Our SEND Disco Parties are suitable for children and young people with additional needs, including those with sensory sensitivities, autism, ADHD and other learning differences. While many bookings are for children aged 5 to 11, the party is tailored to the child’s developmental stage and interests. We adapt the content to match the group’s ability and comfort level rather than focusing strictly on age.
